摘  要:以某现浇挡浪墙清水混凝土工程为依托,受底板不同步收缩和大体积混凝土内部水化热影响,极易产生混凝土裂缝,同时海工清水混凝土有外观质量和耐久性需求,施工质量控制难度大。采用室内试验、模型试验等方法,配制高耐久性混凝土,结合施工工艺及大体积混凝土控裂措施等形成施工关键技术在现场实施,结果表明,现场施工清水混凝土呈现表面平整、色泽均匀、棱角分明,无裂缝等特点,符合清水混凝土的施工质量要求。Based on a certain cast-in-place wave wall plain concrete project,it is prone to concrete cracks due to asynchronous shrinkage of the bottom plate and the influence of hydration heat inside the large volume concrete.At the same time,marine plain concrete has appearance quality and durability requirements,making construction quality control difficult.High durability concrete was prepared using indoor experiments,model experiments,and other methods.Key construction techniques such as construction technology and crack control measures for large volume concrete were formed and implemented on site.The results show that the on-site construction of plain concrete exhibited characteristics such as smooth surface,uniform color,distinct edges,and no cracks,which meet the construction quality requirements of plain concrete.
