摘  要:随着高支模技术的不断发展,施工过程中的监测与预警技术也在不断进步,面对复杂的施工环境和多变的荷载条件,传统的监测和预警方法已难以完全满足安全管理的需求。基于此,本文首先根据监测项目的重要性,将高支模施工监测预警划分为必选项目、宜选项目和可选项目,并按照比选测点和可选测点两个方面对高支模架体中各测点的重要性进行了分类。本文以拉依达准则为异常值预警核心,将高支模施工监测预警的状态分为五个等级,即正常状态、关联性预警、三级预警,并为其划定了混凝土浇筑过程中的预警流程。研究成果为高支模施工提供了科学的监测与预警标准,完善安全管理体系,有助于提高工程质量和施工效率,降低事故发生率和经济损失。With the continuous development of high support formwork technology,monitoring and warning technology in the construction process is also constantly improving.In the face of complex construction environments and changing load conditions,traditional monitoring and warning methods are no longer able to fully meet the needs of safety management.Based on this,this article first divides the monitoring and early warning of high support formwork construction into mandatory items,suitable items,and optional items according to the importance of monitoring items,and classifies the importance of each measuring point in the high support formwork body according to the comparison and optional measuring points.This article takes the Pauta criterion as the core of outlier warning,dividing the monitoring and warning status of high support formwork construction into five levels:normal state,correlation warning,and three-level warning,and delineating the warning process during the concrete pouring process.This study provides scientific monitoring and warning standards for high support formwork construction,improves the safety management system,helps to improve engineering quality and construction efficiency,and reduces accident rates and economic losses.
