摘  要:本项目针对某高速公路大空隙排水沥青路面的施工技术进行探讨,旨在提升高速公路在降雨频繁地区的行车安全性和舒适性。考虑到沿线降雨量较大,传统沥青路面在使用过程中容易出现质量病害,因此选择大空隙开级配排水沥青路面,以有效排水并提高路面的耐久性。项目在K30+200至K33+200段进行试铺,采用PAC-10和PAC-16混合料,严格控制孔隙率以确保性能。此外,选用高黏度TPS改性沥青以提升抗变形能力和耐久性。通过对原材料的选用、配合比设计及施工效果的检测,验证了该路面在透水性、平整度、抗压强度等方面的优良性能,为高速公路的安全使用提供了有力保障。This project aims to explore the construction technology of large gap drainage asphalt pavement of an expressway in order to improve the driving safety and comfort of the expressway in areas with frequent rainfall.The project is 37.285 km long and adopts a two-way six-lane design with a speed limit of 120km/h.Considering the high rainfall along the road,the traditional asphalt pavement is prone to quality diseases during use,so the drainage asphalt pavement with large gaps and open grading was selected to effectively drain the water and improve the durability of the pavement.The project was tested in sections K30+200 to K33+200 using a mixture of PAC-10 and PAC-16 with tight porosity control to ensure performance.In addition,high viscosity TPS modified asphalt was selected to improve deformation resistance and durability.Through the selection of raw materials,the design of mix ratio and the testing of construction effect,the excellent performance of the pavement in terms of water permeability,flatness and compressive strength is verified,which provides a strong guarantee for the safe use of the expressway.
