摘  要:大型综合性建筑的管道及设备吊装工作量大,施工作业环境错综复杂,工期紧,熟练安装技术工人短缺。为避免传统建筑管道及设备施工安装方式不能满足项目现场施工条件及工期、成本要求,本文以某文化宫项目为例,结合建筑管道及吊式设备安装问题进行探索研究与创新应用,研制了一种免配重起重装置用于建筑管道及吊式设备吊装,解决了吊装难题,保障了施工质量、安全、进度和成本。The lifting workload of pipelines and equipment in large-scale comprehensive buildings is large,the construction environment is complex,the construction period is tight,and there is a shortage of skilled installation technicians.To avoid the traditional construction and installation methods of pipelines and equipment being unable to meet the construction conditions,schedule,and cost requirements of the project site.This article takes a cultural palace project as an example and explores and innovatively applies the installation of building pipelines and suspended equipment.A non-counterweight lifting device is developed for the lifting of building pipelines and suspended equipment,solving the lifting problem and ensuring construction quality,safety,progress,and cost.
