摘 要:以成都轨道交通27号线一期工程为例研究盾构机在穿越重大危险源施工中的施工和安全问题。对盾构机施工过程中可能遇到的重大危险源进行了分析和识别,针对这些危险源提出了相应的安全措施和预防措施,如加固土体、安装监测仪器、设立隔离带等。通过实地调研和案例分析,探讨了盾构机施工过程中的安全风险和应急处理方法,总结了盾构机穿越重大危险源施工的经验和教训,提出了对今后类似工程的建议和改进措施。本研究对于确保盾构机施工安全、预防事故发生具有一定的理论和实践价值。Taking the Phase 1 construction of Chengdu Metro Line 27 as an example,the construction and safety issues of shield machine through major hazard sources were investigated.The analysis and identification of potential major hazard sources during shield machine construction were conducted,and corresponding safety measures and preventative measures were proposed,such as soil reinforcement,installation of monitoring instruments,and establishment of isolation zones.Through field surveys and case analysis,safety risks and emergency response methods in the process of shield machine construction were explored.The experiences and lessons learned from shield machine through major hazard sources are summarized,and suggestions and improvement measures for future similar projects are put forward.This study has theoretical and practical value in ensuring the safety of shield machine construction and preventing accidents.
