基于BIM模型的公共交通建筑精细化管理技术应用——以某公交枢纽停车楼为例

摘　　要：在公共交通建筑精细化管理中,建筑信息数据量庞大,导致这些数据难以在模型中实现实时更新,进而影响了后续建筑管理的效果,使得管理成本及潜在风险仍维持在较高水平。为解决这一问题,以某公交枢纽停车楼为例,设计基于BIM模型的公共交通建筑精细化管理技术。在三维坐标空间中,通过建筑设计数据的映射建立相应的BIM模型。通过数据集成的方法,将建筑施工过程的数据实时导入到BIM模型中。结合数据的关联编码处理,实现公共交通建筑的精细化管理。技术应用结果表明,设计技术在公交枢纽停车楼的项目建设中表现出了良好的管理效果,项目建设的成本风险较低,在公共交通建筑精细化管理中有着良好的应用前景。In the refined management of public transportation buildings,the large amount of building information data makes it difficult to achieve real-time updates in the model,which in turn affects the effectiveness of subsequent building management and maintains management costs and potential risks at a high level.To solve this problem,taking a bus hub parking building as an example,the refined management technology for public transportation buildings based on BIM models was designed.The corresponding BIM models were created by mapping of architectural design data in three-dimensional coordinate space.Real time import of construction process data into BIM models through data integration methods.Combining association coding processing of the data,it achieves the refined management of public transportation buildings.The technical application results show that the design technology has demonstrated good management effects in the construction of bus hub parking buildings,with low cost risks and good application prospects in the refined management of public transportation buildings.
