摘  要:随着陶瓷工业的快速发展,对原料的需求量不断增加,但优质的陶瓷原料作为不可再生资源,其储量日益减少,而低品位原料中往往含有较高的铁杂质。陶瓷原料中的铁杂质是影响陶瓷品质的关键因素之一,特别是在高端陶瓷产品如日用瓷、卫生洁具及建筑陶瓷等领域,铁杂质的存在会显著降低产品的白度、透明度,甚至影响产品的电气性能,这影响了陶瓷的美观性和市场接受度。如何有效消除陶瓷原料中铁杂质的影响,提高原料来源的广泛性和产品品质,成为陶瓷工业亟待解决的重要问题。本综述将探讨降低陶瓷原材料中铁含量的方法,以确保陶瓷制品的质量和美观。With the rapid development of the ceramic industry,the demand for raw materials continues to increase,but high-quality ceramic raw materials as non-renewable resources,its reserves are decreasing,and low-grade raw materials often contain high iron impurities.Iron impurities in ceramic raw materials are one of the key factors affecting the quality of ceramic products,especially in high-end ceramic products such as daily porcelain,sanitary ware and building ceramics and other fields,the presence of iron impurities will significantly reduce the whiteness,transparency of the product,and even affect the electrical performance of the product,which affects the beauty of the ceramic and market acceptance.Therefore,how to effectively remove iron impurities in ceramic raw materials,improve the utilization rate of raw materials and product quality,has become an important problem to be solved in ceramic industry.This review will explore ways to reduce the iron content in ceramic products to ensure the quality and beauty of ceramic products.
