庄礼兴教授针药结合治疗产后身痛思路探微

摘　　要：通过介绍庄礼兴教授运用调神针法结合经典方剂治疗产后身痛验案1例,分析庄氏调神针法治疗产后身痛的独到作用。产后身痛是以产后全身疼痛为主症,伴腰膝酸软、恶风多汗等虚劳性症状及抑郁烦躁等心理症状的身心综合性疾病。庄礼兴教授认为调神针法能安神养神,导气同精法加强行气活血,调和阴阳,故镇痛效果明显,并能兼顾标本,结合经典方剂调理产后体质。庄氏调神针法结合中医经典方剂对治疗产后身痛有积极的临床意义。This study introduces Professor Zhuang's experience in treating postpartum body pain,a physically-psychologically comprehensive disease with physical pain after delivery as the main symptom,accompanied by consumptive symptoms including lassitude in loin and legs,aversion to wind and hyperhidrosis and mental symptoms like depression and dysphoria,by combining mind-regulation acupuncture with classic formulae and analyzes the unique role of Zhuang's mind-regulation acupuncture in treating the disease.According to Zhuang,this acupuncture combined with the Daoqi Tongjing method can tranquilize the patient,promote qi and blood circulation,and harmonize yin and yang,thereby effectively relieving the pain.In addition,it can treat both the manifestation and root causes of the disease and regulate the postpartum physical condition with the assistance of classic formulae.Zhuang's approach of combining mind-regulation acupuncture with classic formulae provides a positive clinical reference for treating postpartum body pain.
