消风散超声雾化治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消风散超声雾化治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取儿童过敏性结膜炎患者68例,随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组单纯使用0.1%的盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液局部点眼,观察组在对照组基础上加用消风散中药雾化治疗。结果眼痒积分、结膜充血积分两组患儿治疗2周后均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05),两组间比较,观察组积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在缓解眼痒及改善结膜充血方面有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在0.1%的盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液局部点眼基础上加用消风散中药超声雾化治疗,能明显提高临床疗效。Objective This paper aims to observe the clinical effect of Xiaofeng Powder in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children.Methods A total of 68 children with allergic conjunctivitis are selected and divided into two groups with 34 in each by random number table method.The control group is treated with 0.1%olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops,and the observation group is additionally treated with Xiaofeng Powder atomization.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,both the two groups have lower eye itching scores and conjunctival congestion scores(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group is significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rates in relieving eye itching and treating conjunctival congestion of the observation group are higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of Xiaofeng Powder ultrasonic atomization treatment based on applying 0.1%olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops can significantly improve the clinical effect.
