基于“调中运气”推拿疗法治疗卒中后便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察基于“调中运气”理论的推拿疗法治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月在安徽省淮北市中医医院就诊的脑卒中后便秘患者共60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用乳果糖口服,治疗组采用“调中运气”推拿疗法,经过3周治疗后,对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察,并于治疗前后对患者的便秘临床症状评分量表(CCS)、Bristol粪便性状量表(BSFS)及便秘生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分进行评估。结果相较于治疗前,两组患者治疗后的CCS和PAC-QOL评分均降低(P<0.01),两组患者治疗后的BSFS评分均升高(P<0.01),两组治疗后的CCS、PAC-QOL和BSFS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“调中运气”推拿疗法可改善脑卒中后便秘患者的胃肠道症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tuina therapy for regulating middle energizer to move qi in the treatment of post-stroke constipation.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke constipation treated in the Huaibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomized into control and observation groups(n=30).The control group was treated with lactulose orally,and the observation group was treated with the tuina therapy for regulating middle energizer to move qi.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.The Clinic Constipation Score(CCS),Bristol Stool Form Scale(BSFS)score,and Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)score were assessed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,both groups showed declined CCS and PAC-QOL scores(P<0.01)and increased BSFS score(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the three scores between the two groups(P>0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference in the clinical effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The tuina therapy for regulating middle energizer to move qi can alleviate the gastrointestinal symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients with post-stroke constipation.
