温胆汤的临床应用探析

摘　　要：随着现代人们生活水平的提高,过食肥甘厚味、暴饮暴食、进食生冷等不良饮食习惯的形成导致脾失健运、痰湿内生的人越来越多。“百病多由痰作祟”,临床诸多疾病常由痰湿所致或伴痰湿生成。温胆汤为临床治痰常用方,凡痰湿内热者皆可加减化裁用之。本文主要探讨温胆汤在临床常见疾病如失眠、胃痛、眩晕、冠心病、神经官能症和慢性咽炎中的临床应用,以期为临床治疗痰湿提供参考。With the improvement of modern living standards,the formation of unhealthy dietary habits,such as excessive consumption of rich and greasy foods,overeating,and consuming cold foods,has led to impaired spleen function and the endogenous generation of phlegm and dampness in an increasing number of people."Many diseases are caused by phlegm",as numerous clinical conditions are often induced by or accompanied by the formation of phlegm and dampness.Wendan Decoction is a commonly used formula in the clinical treatment of phlegm.It can be modified and applied for patients with phlegm-dampness and internal heat.This paper primarily explores the clinical applications of Wendan Decoction in treating common diseases such as insomnia,stomach pain,dizziness,coronary heart disease,neurosis,and chronic pharyngitis,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of phlegm-dampness conditions.
