《针灸甲乙经》经典理论的现代价值探析

摘　　要：皇甫谧的《针灸甲乙经》对于针灸理论体系的完善具有深远影响。本文总结了目前对于《针灸甲乙经》基础理论四个研究方向的研究内容,包括分部依线布穴法、腧穴定位、脉诊与“脉动(病)发”、针刺法与针灸禁忌。从四个方面入手阐述《针灸甲乙经》中针灸相关内容的时代变迁情况,探讨现代针灸理论对于《针灸甲乙经》中经典理论的继承与发展情况,穴位使用的古今差异性及《针灸甲乙经》的时代价值。相比于国内,针灸医籍在国际范围的影响是有限的,缺乏医籍整体与现代医学的结合,仅是论述部分思想与现代医学相一致,故本文从《针灸甲乙经》中记载针灸内容的古今差异性出发,以今释古,以中西医结合的方式,从现代医学的角度解构传统中医古籍,深入探讨经典理论与现代研究之间的关系,以期为传统针灸理论的现代化应用和研究提供参考。The A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing)written by HUANGFU Mi has a profound influence on the perfection of the theoretical system of acupuncture and moxibustion.This paper summarizes four research directions of basic theories in this book,including the method of arranging needling points according to the line by division,the location of acupoints,pulse diagnosis and"Mai Dong(Bing)Fa"(pathogenesis of meridian disorders),and acupuncture method and contraindications.From four aspects,this paper expounds the changes regarding acupuncture and moxibustion in this book over time,probes into the inheritance and development of the acupuncture and moxibustion theories in the book,compares the use of acupoints between ancient and modern times,and discusses the value of times of the book.The medical books about acupuncture and moxibustion have a limited influence in the international scope compared with that in China.Few researchers combine the whole medical books with modern medicine,and the available studies only discuss the consistency of some ideas in ancient medical books with modern medicine.Focusing on the differences between the contents of acupuncture and moxibustion in the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing)and modern research achievements,this paper interprets ancient Chinese medical books from the perspective of modern medicine according to the philosophy of integrating Chinese and Western medicine.By discussing the relationship between classical theory and modern research,this paper aims to provide a reference for the modernization of traditional theories of acupuncture and moxibustion.
