耳穴揿针压痛点治疗顽固性梅尼埃综合征1例

摘　　要：顽固性梅尼埃病以反复眩晕给患者造成极大困扰,近年来,梅尼埃综合征的发病率呈上升趋势,笔者在临床中接诊1例各项检查未见明显异常的顽固性梅尼埃综合征患者,发现耳垂6区有明显压痛,遂用耳穴揿针治之,疗效显著,现报道如下,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路。Intractable Meniere's disease,characterized by recurrent vertigo,significantly disturbs patients,with an increasing incidence in recent years.For a patient with intractable Meniere's syndrome who exhibits no apparent abnormalities in various examinations but presents with notable tenderness in the sixth area of the earlobe,auricular acupoint press acupuncture is applied,showing remarkable therapeutic effects.This paper reports this case to provide a new approach for clinical treatment.
