摘　　要：外伤性视神经病变(TON)是由于头部受外伤后导致直接或间接的视神经损伤,对于初发轻症患者,西医及时治疗有恢复视功能的机会,但对陈旧性外伤患者,效果则往往欠佳。国医大师廖品正先生注重综合调护,创立“通络窍”学术思想,将中医“开通玄府法”用于治疗各个时期的“青盲”,特别是对于陈旧性外伤患者也能取得良好疗效。导师张富文老师继承廖品正学术思想,运用“开通玄府法”治疗陈旧性TON临床疗效显著,现介绍个案2例,供临床参考。Traumatic optic neuropathy(TON)is caused by direct or indirect optic nerve injury after head trauma.Early patients with mild symptoms have the opportunity to restore visual function after receiving western medicine treatment in time,but patients with old trauma cannot get ideal treatment effects.Liao Pinzheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,paid attention to comprehensive nursing and established the academic idea of“dredging collaterals and orifices”.The“opening Xuanfu method”in traditional Chinese medicine was applied to treat“blue blindness”in various periods,providing effective treatment,especially for patients with old trauma.Inheriting Liao's academic thoughts,tutor Zhang Fuwen also sees significant clinical effects in treating old TON byy“opening Xuanfu method”.This paper reports 2 cases of it for clinical reference.
