从慢性皲裂性湿疹验案探讨生血润肤饮的配伍特点

摘　　要：慢性皲裂性湿疹多以湿热久羁耗血伤阴、血虚生风化燥为基本病机,其发病过程存在着血虚、血燥、血瘀之间的病理演变,故总结出“滋阴养血、生津润燥为主,活血祛瘀贯穿始终,祛风止痒不可或缺,湿热脾虚时或兼顾”的治疗原则,以生血润肤饮加减作为治疗本病的主方。本文结合慢性皲裂性湿疹治愈案例探讨分析生血润肤饮的配伍意义与特色,对临床治疗本病有很好的指导意义。The basic pathogenesis of chronic chapped eczema is that blood consumption and yin damage caused by dampness-heat accumulation result in blood deficiency and wind dryness.According to the pathological evolution of blood deficiency,blood dryness,and blood stasis in the pathogenesis,the treatment should follow the principles of nourishing yin,tonifying blood,and generating body fluid to moisten dryness.Activating blood to resolve stasis should be adopted throughout the whole treatment process,and expelling wind and relieving itch are indispensable.Meanwhile,dampness-heat and spleen deficiency should be considered according to the patient conditions.Modified Shengxue Runfu Decoction is used as the main prescription of treating this disease.This article discusses the compatibility significance and characteristics of Shengxue Runfu Decoction based on a case of chronic chapped eczema,showcasing guiding significance for clinical treatmentofthis disease.
