摘  要:自2015年全国正式实施临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”的培养模式改革以来,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生在3年学制内保证33个月住院医师规范化培训的前提下,其作为研究生的科研能力培养仍存在诸多问题,不利于人才的未来发展。本文主要从中医学专业学位研究生角度出发,探讨中医学专业学位研究生培养存在的问题及其原因,提出对策建议,并提出中医学专业“知常达变,双轨并举”的培养模式。Since the implementation of the integration of clinical medicine master's degree graduate education and standardized residency training in 2015 nationwide,there have been numerous issues surrounding the cultivation of scientific research capabilities among clinical medicine master's degree graduate students,despite ensuring 33 months of standardized residency training in their 3-year program.These issues are not conducive to the development of talents.This article,focusing on Chinese medicine professional degree graduate students,explores the problems and their causes in the cultivation of these students,proposes countermeasures and strategies,and advances a"knowledge-based adaptation and dual-track development"cultivation model for Chinese medicine professionals.
