瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗动脉粥样硬化病变的研究进展

摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化(AS)作为最常见的心血管病变,严重影响着人们的生活质量。瓜蒌薤白半夏汤出自张机所著的《金匮要略》,具有行气解郁、通阳散结、理气宽胸化痰的功效,是治疗AS的常用方,尤多用于痰瘀互结证。现代药理学研究分析表明,瓜蒌薤白半夏汤可以通过抑制炎症反应、改善脂质代谢紊乱并降低蛋白聚糖含量及保护血管内皮不受损伤,进而发挥抑制AS进展的作用。本文通过查阅中国知网(CNKI)、万方、Pub Med等数据库自2011—2024年的相关文献,对瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗AS的作用机制研究进展做一综述。As a common cardiovascular disease,atherosclerosis(As)seriously affects patients'quality of life.Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction is first recorded in Zhang Zhongjing's Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue),with the effects of moving qi to relieve depression,activating yang to dissipate mass,regulating qi movement to widen chest and resolve phlegm.It is a common prescription for treating AS,especially for patients with the syndrome of combined phlegm and stasis.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Gualou Banxia Xiebai Decoction can inhibit the progression of AS by inhibiting inflammation,ameliorating lipid metabolism disorders,reducing proteoglycan content,and protecting the vascular endothelium from damage.We retrieved the relevant articles published during 2011-2024 from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and PubMed and reviewed the research progress in the mechanism of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in treating AS.
