摘　　要：木槿属(Hibiscus Linn)植物隶属于锦葵科(Malvaceae),全世界约220种,主要分布于热带和亚热带地区。该属中许多植物作为传统药物广泛使用,主要化学成分有萜类包括单萜、倍半萜、二萜和三萜,黄酮类以及酚类等。除此之外,还有甾体、香豆素、木脂素、有机酸以及酯类等。药理活性研究表明,木槿属植物具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒、抗衰老、降血压以及降血脂等活性。本文综述了近五年国内外木槿属植物的化学成分和药理活性研究进展,为木槿属植物的后续深入研究与开发提供参考依据。The genuses of the Hibiscus Linn plants(Malvaceae family)comprising about 220 species worldwide are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions.Many plants within the genus are extensively utilized for traditional medicinal drugs.Phytochemical studies of the genus have demonstrated the presence of a large number ofterpenoids(including monoterpenes,ses-quiterpenes,diterpenes and triterpenes),flavonoids,and phenols,along with some steroids,coumarins,lignans,organic acids,esters and so on.Moreover,many pharmacological activities of the genus such as anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidant,anti-in-flammatory,anti-viral,anti-aging,antihypertensive,and lipid-lowering,have been reported.This article summarized the recent five years′research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological activities of Hibiscus plants.It aims to provide a ref-erence basis for further research and development of Hibiscus plants.
