摘  要:介绍了一起利用红外、局放检测手段发现110 kV主变套管渗漏油的故障,通过结构分析、解体检查,发现该套管漏油主要是因为该套管取油口油塞螺栓长度与取油口不匹配。最后对同类型套管的出厂验收和运行维护给出了建议。This paper discusses an incident where infrared and partial discharge detection methods were used to identify an oil leakage defect in a 1io kV main transformer bushing.Through structural analysis and disassembly inspection,it was concluded that the cause of the oil leakage was due to a mismatch between the length of the oil plug bolt and the oil inlet on the bushing.This provides recommendations for factory acceptance and operational maintenance of similar bushings.
