摘  要:冬季供热期间,常出现供热回水水质不合格及回水压力不稳定的问题,影响机组的安全稳定运行,导致供热回水无法回收而被迫外排。分析了供热回水水质不合格和回水压力不稳定的原因,并从设备和工艺角度进行了可行性分析,提出了对民用供热回水系统进行改造的建议,以保证机组稳定运行,回收供热凝结水工质,降低成本,提高机组的经济效益。After winter heating,issues such as poor quality of heating return water and unstable return water pres-sure often occur,which affect the safe and stable operation of the power unit,causing the return water to be dis-charged rather than being recycled.This paper analyzes the reasons for the poor quality of return water and un-stable return water pressure.A feasibility analysis is conducted from the perspectives of equipment and processes,and suggestions for the reconstruction of the residential heating return water system are proposed.The goal is to ensure stable operation of the unit,recover heating condensate water,reduce costs,and improve the economic ef-ficiencyoftheunit.
