摘  要:为研究沟槽式预制装配式电缆排管的极限承载力,设计了一种对预制排管进行静力加载的试验方案。在明确试验目的和要求的基础上,介绍了排管静力试验的结构设计、钢筋布置和制作过程,分析了试验需要测量的数据信息,包括排管挠度、钢筋及混凝土应变和裂缝宽度等,并特别强调了试验的安全、防护措施和进度计划。最后验证了试验方案的科学合理性,这为后续预制排管承载力试验研究奠定了基础。To study the ultimate bearing capacity of trench-type prefabricated assembled cable ducts,a test plan for static loading of the prefabricated ducts was designed.Based on the clarification of the test objectives and re-quirements,this paper introduces the structural design,reinforcement arrangement,and fabrication process of the duct static test,analyzes the data to be measured during the test,including duct deflection,strain of the reinforce-ment and concrete,and crack width,etc.,and especially emphasizes the safety measures,protective measures,and schedule of the test.The test plan was verified to be scientific and reasonable,laying a foundation for subse-quent research on the bearing capacity test of prefabricated ducts.
