摘 要:基于碳排放因子法,以建筑涂料为研究对象,根据生命周期评价法对其从“摇篮到大门”的部分阶段碳足迹进行了详细的计算和分析。通过综合评估从原材料获取及运输、生产制造等各个环节的碳排放情况,揭示了建筑涂料在“摇篮到大门”阶段碳足迹特征和影响因素。研究发现,建筑涂料的碳足迹主要集中在原材料获取和产品生产阶段,特别是与原材料的采集和加工、生产过程中的能源消耗密切相关。全面分析了建筑涂料生产过程产生碳排放的主要阶段和原因,可以为减少建筑涂料碳足迹提供理论依据和技术指导。Based on the Carbon Emission Factor(CEF)method,this paper takes architectural coatings as research object,and calculates and analyzes their carbon footprints from the cradle to the gate in detail according to the whole life cycle assessment.The carbon footprint of architectural coatings at the cradle-to-gate stage is characterized and influenced by the comprehensive consideration of the carbon emissions from raw material acquisition,transportation,and manufacturing.It is found that the carbon footprint of architectural coatings is mainly concentrated in the raw material acquisition stage,especially closely related to the collection of raw materials and energy consumption during processing and production.The analysis in this paper can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for reducing the carbon footprint of architectural coatings.
