摘　　要：目的研究急性共同性内斜视(AACE)患者的生存质量及其相关影响因素。方法前瞻性研究。收集139例AACE患者和123例眼位正常者临床资料,采用斜视弱视患者生存质量量表(ASQE)比较两组的生存质量,并对影响AACE患者生存质量评分的相关因素分析。结果AACE组生存质量总分为(64.35±16.54)分,眼位正常组(93.25±9.83)分,两组差异有统计学意义(t=-16.71,P<0.001)。AACE患者生存质量评分降低与较高斜视度(t=-2.24,P=0.03)、较差近立体视(t=-2.04,P=0.04)显著相关,女性生存质量评分低于男性(t=-2.03,P=0.04)。结论AACE患者生存质量显著下降,女性、斜视角度大、近立体视功能差是影响其生存质量的独立危险因素。Objective To study the quality of life of patients with acute acquired concomitant esotropia(AACE)and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Method Prospective study.139 patients with AACE and 123 individuals with normal eye positions were recruited.The quality of life of the two groups was compared using the Amblyopia and Strabismus Questionnaire(ASQE),and the influencing factors of the quality of life of patients with AACE were analyzed.Result The total score of quality of life in the AACE group was 64.35±16.54,while the group with normal eye position was 93.25±9.83.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-16.71,P<0.001).The decrease in quality of life of patients with AACE was significantly correlated with higher deviation degree(t=-2.24,P=0.03),poorer near stereoscopic vision(t=-2.04,P=0.04)and women(t=-2.03,P=0.04).Conclusion The quality of life in patients with AACE was significantly induced,and higher deviation degree,poorer near stereoscopic vision function and women were independent risk factors affecting the quality of life for AACE.
