摘　　要：白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入是目前治疗儿童白内障最有效的方法。随着多焦点人工晶状体在临床中的广泛应用,成人屈光性白内障手术技术得到迅猛发展,但在儿童患者中的推进却面临着诸多抉择。因此,本文对多焦点人工晶状体的类型和特点进行概述,并就其在儿童白内障中的临床疗效及选择展开综述,以期为儿童患者的人工晶状体个性化选择提供参考。Cataract extraction combined with artificial lens implantation is currently the most effective method for treating pediatric cataracts.With the widespread application of multifocal intraocular lens in clinical practice,the surgical technique for adult refractive cataracts has developed rapidly,but its advancement in pediatric patients faces many choices.Therefore,this article provides an overview of the types and characteristics of multifocal intraocular lens,and reviews their clinical efficacy and selection in pediatric cataracts,in order to provide reference for personalized selection of intraocular lens for pediatric patients.
