摘  要:选取不同规格的C1及C2轮胎,利用轮胎噪声试验台架进行轮胎单体花纹噪声声功率测试,研究轮胎规格对轮胎单体花纹噪声声功率的影响。结果表明:轮胎断面宽对声功率影响较大,断面宽越大,声功率级越高;断面高宽比对声功率影响较小;速度对声功率频谱的影响主要集中在100 Hz以上频段,在40~100 Hz频段内影响很小;声功率频谱在1 000和2 000 Hz处存在明显峰值。Selecting C1 and C2 tires of different specifications,the sound power of single tire pattern noise was tested by a tire noise test bench to research the effect of the specifications on the pattern noise power of a single tire.The results showed that the tire section width had a great effect on the sound power,with larger section widths leading to higher sound power levels.The ratio of height to width of tire had little effect on the sound power.The effect of speed on the sound power was mainly concentrated in the frequency band above 100 Hz,with a very small impact in the frequency band of 40~100 Hz.Distinct peaks in the sound power spectrum were identified at 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz.
