摘 要:温度是航空液压旋转接头重要工作参数,会影响液压油黏度和间隙密封间隙量。综合考虑温度对液压油黏度和间隙密封间隙量的影响,利用Fluent流体仿真软件分别在21、28、35 MPa高压、-55~135℃温度范围内,对旋转接头间隙密封泄漏量进行仿真分析。研究表明,温度和压力均会影响液压旋转接头间隙密封泄漏量,不同压力下间隙密封泄漏量随温度变化规律基本一致,随着压力增大泄漏量呈线性增大;相同压力和不同温度范围内泄漏量变化规律不同,以入口压力35 MPa为例,在-55~20℃区间内随着温度的上升泄漏量不断增加,在20~110℃区间内随着温度的上升泄漏量不断减少,温度大于110℃时泄漏量随温度上升而减少的趋势越来越平缓。Temperature is an important working parameter of aviation hydraulic rotary joint,which will affect the viscosity of hydraulic oil and the clearance value of clearance seal.The influence of temperature on hydraulic oil viscosity and clearance value of clearance seal was comprehensively considered,and the leakage of the clearance seal of rotary joint in the temperature range from-55 ℃ to 135 ℃ was simulated by Fluent fluid simulation software under pressure of 21 MPa,28 MPa and 35 MPa respectively.Research shows that both temperature and pressure affect the leakage of the clearance seal of hydraulic rotary joint.The change law of clearance seal leakage with temperature is basically the same under different pressures,and the leakage increases linearly with the increase of pressure.The change law of leakage is different under the same pressure and in different temperature ranges.Taking the inlet pressure of 35 MPa as an example,the leakage increases continuously with the rise of temperature in the-55 ℃ to 20 ℃,and decreases continuously with the rise of temperature in the range from 20 ℃ to 110 ℃.When the temperature is above 110 ℃,the leakage decreases gradually with the increase of temperature.
