摘  要:传统人工髋关节为钴铬钼-超高分子量聚乙烯配副,其聚乙烯磨屑导致的无菌性松动是假体失效的重要原因。氧化锆铌合金(Zr-2.5Nb)综合了金属和陶瓷的优点,作为新型人工髋关节假体材料能有效减少聚乙烯的磨损,从而延长人工关节假体的使用寿命。为揭示新型人工髋关节假体材料Zr-2.5Nb的磨损机制,针对氧化锆铌合金-高交联聚乙烯配副(Zr-2.5Nb-HXLPE),在髋关节模拟机上进行500万次的磨损循环测试,利用酶化法分离提取得到不同磨损周期下润滑液中的HXLPE磨屑,并进行磨屑特征分析。磨损测试结果表明,HXLPE内衬的体积磨损率为(8.21±4.34)mm^(3)/million cycles,HXLPE内衬的磨损形貌多为抛光和点蚀,并伴有多方向的划痕和犁沟。磨屑分析结果表明,磨屑数量基本在10^(10)量级;磨屑尺寸均为微纳米级别,主要集中在0~0.4μm范围内,小部分在0.4~1.0μm内,极少磨屑尺寸大于1.0μm;磨屑形状以圆状和椭圆状居多,纤维状磨屑较少。Zr-2.5Nb-HXLPE配副的磨损机制主要为黏着磨损、磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损,其中黏着磨损占主导地位。The conventional artificial hip mating is cobalt chromium molybdenum-ultra high molecular weight polyethylene,and the aseptic loosening caused by polyethylene wear debris is a major factor for prosthesis failure.Zirconium-niobium alloy(Zr-2.5Nb) combines the advantages of metal and ceramic,as a new artificial hip prosthesis material,it can effectively reduce the wear of polyethylene,so as to prolong the lifespan of artificial joint prosthesis.To reveal the wear mechanism of Zr-2.5Nb,wear tests were conducted on zirconium-niobium alloy-highly cross-linked polyethylene pair(Zr-2.5Nb-HXLPE) through 5 million cycles using a hip joint simulator.The lubricating fluid was collected under different wear cycles.HXLPE wear debris in lubricating fluid were extracted and separated using enzymatic methods,and the debris characteristics were analyzed.The wear test results show that the volumetric wear rate of HXLPE acetabular liner is(8.21±4.34)mm~3/million cycles.HXLPE acetabular liner is predominantly polished and pitted wear patterns,along with multi-directional scratches and furrows.The wear debris analysis results show that the wear debris count is basically in the order of 10~(10).The wear debris sizes are mainly concentrated in the range from 0 to 0.4 μm,with a small portion within 0.4 μm to 1.0 μm,and very few wear debris larger than 1.0 μm.Wear debris shapes are mostly round and oval,with fewer fibrous wear debris.The wear mechanisms of Zr-2.5Nb-HXLPE pairs mainly include adhesive wear,abrasive wear and fatigue wear,among which adhesive wear dominates.
