摘 要:为研究螺旋弹簧蓄能密封圈在超低温工况下的三维接触行为,建立密封圈的三维周期性有限元模型,对比分析弹簧蓄能密封圈在常温工况和超低温工况下内外唇口的接触状态和接触力学行为,研究密封圈过盈量、密封介质压力、低温环境等对密封圈变形和接触状态的影响规律。研究结果表明:由于螺旋弹簧与密封圈的非均匀接触特性,密封圈内外唇口接触压力在圆周方向呈现出明显的不均匀性;常温工况下,过盈量和弹簧作用力对密封圈的接触行为具有较大影响;而在超低温工况下,低温环境引的尺寸收缩是改变密封圈接触行为的主导因素,导致内唇的接触压力和接触宽度增大,外唇的接触压力和接触宽度减小;在低温和低密封压力工况下,不合理的结构设计易导致外唇口与壳体脱离接触,导致密封失效,通过增大外唇口厚度和增大过盈量,可有效改善外唇口的接触力学状态,实现该位置的密封功能。In order to investigate the 3D contact behaviour of spring energized seal at ultra-low temperature,a three-dimensional periodic model of the seal was established.A comparative analysis was conducted on the contact behaviour of the inner and outer lips of the spring energized seal at both atmospheric and ultra-low temperature.The results indicate that there is a significant non-uniform contact pressure distribution in the circumferential direction due to the uneven contact between the spring and seal ring.At the atmospheric temperature,the interference and spring force have a significant impact on the contact behaviour of the seal.However,at the ultra-low temperature,the dominant factor altering the seal's contact behaviour is the shrinkage induced by the temperature load.This leads to an increase in the contact pressure and contact width of the inner lip,while causing a decrease in the contact pressure and contact width of the outer lip.At the ultra-low temperature and low sealing pressure,inadequate structural design can result in the separation of the outer lip from the housing,leading to seal failure.Enhancing the contact behaviour of the outer lip can be effectively achieved by increasing the interference and the thickness of the outer lip,thereby restoring the sealing functionality at that specific location.
