摘 要:为研究液冷膨胀箱往复工作过程中瞬态变化对帽式密封性能的影响,建立瞬态混合润滑模型,通过求解瞬态雷诺方程,考虑流体力学、宏观固体力学、表面微观接触力学等多物理过程之间的耦合关系,定量预测整个过程密封系统的泄漏率、摩擦力等衡量密封性能的关键参数。结果表明:在一个往复行程中随着速度的增大,单行程泄漏率增加,而摩擦力减小;在行程开始运动瞬间接触宽度、摩擦力、泄漏率会出现急剧变化,且在行程转换时,帽式密封密封圈会出现跳动,会极大影响密封效果;在启动瞬间与启动后摩擦力会出现较大变化,往复密封中启动瞬间密封件的压力与速度的改变会对往复密封系统产生较大影响。瞬态压力处理方法考虑了启动瞬间摩擦力的变化,结果更接近实际运行工况。In order to study the influence of transient changes on the performance of the cap seal during the reciprocating operation of the liquid-cooled expansion tank,a transient mixed lubrication model was established.By solving the transient Reynolds equation and considering the coupling relationship among many physical processes,such as fluid mechanics,macroscopic solid mechanics,surface micro-contact mechanics,etc.,the leakage rate and friction force of the sealing system in the whole process were quantitatively predicted.The results show that in a reciprocating stroke,with the increase of speed,the leakage rate of single stroke increases and the friction decreases.The contact width,friction and leakage rate will change sharply at the beginning of the stroke,and the sealing ring of cap seal will jump during the stroke conversion,which will greatly affect the sealing effect.The friction force will change greatly at the start moment and after the start,and the change of pressure and speed of the seal at the start moment in reciprocating sealing will have a great impact on the reciprocating sealing system.The transient pressure treatment method takes into account the changes in friction force at the start moment,and the results are closer to the actual operating conditions.
