摘  要:采用红外成像技术建立一套航空发动机工况下圆周密封温度场试验方法,通过对比热电偶测试数据和红外成像测试数据,对红外成像试验数据进行了校准。校准后红外成像试验数据与实际温度值偏差在±5%以内,验证红外测试方法的可行性。通过试验测试不同主轴转速、润滑油冷却流量下圆周密封装置的温度场分布,结果表明:圆周密封装置最高温度点在密封环上,其摩擦发热量主要集中在密封环与密封对偶件的接触面上;圆周密封装置密封环最高温度值与主轴转速、润滑油冷却流量等有关;圆周密封正常工作时摩擦发热量影响密封环的工作状态,圆周密封设计时需要考虑摩擦发热量对密封环封严性能及寿命的影响。The infrared imaging technology was used to establish an experimental method for measuring the temperature field of the circumferential seal under aero-engine operating conditions.The infrared imaging data was calibrated by comparing with the measured data using thermocouples.The deviation between the measured temperature using infrared imaging and the actual temperature was within ±5% after calibration,indicating the feasibility of the proposed experimental method.Temperature field distribution of circumferential sealing device under different spindle speeds and lubricating oil cooling flow through experimental tests.It is found that the highest temperature of the circular sealing device is located on the sealing ring,and its frictional heat generated by the circular seal is mainly concentrated on the contact surface between the sealing ring and the sealing pair.The maximum temperature of the circumferential sealing ring is related to the spindle speed,the lubricating oil cooling flow.The frictional heat generated during normal operation of a circular seal affects the working state of the sealing ring.The effect of the frictional heat on the sealing performance and life of the sealing ring should be considered in the design of the circumferential seal.
