科技创新助力银发经济高质量发展的路径与对策研究

摘　　要：发展银发经济是我国积极主动应对人口老龄化、满足人民对美好生活向往、推动形成高质量发展格局的必然选择。当前我国银发经济发展面临养老设施供给缺口大、适老化改造推进缓慢、养老护理专业人才紧缺等挑战。以数字化、智能化为代表的先进生产力技术已经广泛渗透到银发经济领域,推动养老服务模式向智慧化方向转型升级。科技创新赋能银发经济要以新质生产力理论为指导,以数智化技术为核心驱动力,通过科技创新推动银发经济转型升级、驱动银发经济模式创新、构建银发经济生态系统和助力老年群体社会参与等,从而实现高质量发展。未来,我们要进一步加快科技适老化改造,以科技创新促进银发消费供给多元化、丰富老年文旅消费场景,加大银发经济领域科技型、技能型人才培养力度。The development of the silver economy is an inevitable choice for China to actively address the challenges of an aging population,fulfill the public's aspirations for a better quality of life,and foster a high-quality development model.At present,the development of China's silver economy faces several challenges,including significant gaps in the supply of elderly care facilities,slow progress in aging-friendly infrastructure renovations,and a shortage of professional caregivers.Advanced productive technologies,particularly digital and intelligent innovations,have been widely integrated into the silver economy,driving a transformation toward smarter elderly care services.To empower the silver economy through technological innovation,it is crucial to be guided by the theory of new quality productive forces,with digital and intelligent technologies serving as the core driving forces.Scientific and technological innovation should focus on driving the transformation and upgrading of the silver economy,fostering innovation in its models,building a robust ecosystem,and enhancing social participation among the elderly.Looking ahead,it is essential to accelerate technological adaptations for aging populations,promote the diversification of elderly consumption,and enrich the landscape of elderly tourism experiences through technological advances.Moreover,efforts should be made to strengthen the cultivation of skilled and tech-oriented professionals in the silver economy sector.
