摘　　要：新中国75年间,农业农村农民由传统向现代转型取得历史性进展,是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,也为中国式现代化的探索推进贡献了不可或缺的力量:农民由传统向现代演进奠定人口规模巨大的现代化的基础,农民农村向共同富裕演进奠定全体人民共同富裕的现代化的基础,农村既塑形又铸魂全面发展奠定物质文明与精神文明相协调发展的现代化的基础,农业农村绿色发展奠定人与自然和谐共生的现代化的基础,农业农村发展促进全球粮食危机和生态环境问题的解决奠定走和平发展道路的现代化的基础。新中国农业农村农民之所以能够取得传统向现代转型的历史性进展,为中国式现代化的探索推进贡献力量,是因为中国共产党在实践中把握现代化规律,在工业化进程中夯实农业农村基础,在全面建成小康社会进程中补农村短板,在推进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展进程中解决农业短腿问题,形成了动员全党全社会破解“三农”难题、推进国家现代化的中国方案。Over the past 75 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,historic progress has been made in the transformation of agriculture,rural areas and farmers from traditional to modern model,which is an important part of Chinese modernization and an indispensable force for exploring and advancing Chinese modernization.It means that the evolution of farmers from tradition to modern lays the modernization foundation of a huge population,the evolution of farmer and rural areas to common prosperity lays the modernization foundation of common prosperity for everyone,the all-round development of image shaping and soul forging in the rural areas lays the modernization foundation for coordinated development of material and spiritual civilizations,the green development of agriculture and rural areas lays the modernization foundation of harmony between human and nature,the solution of global food crisis and ecological environment by agricultural and rural development lays the modernization foundation for the path of peaceful development.The reason why the agriculture,rural areas and farmers have achieved the historic progress from traditional to modern transformation and made great contribution for exploring and advancing Chinese modernization,because the CPC grasped the law of modernization in practice,consolidated the foundation of agriculture and rural areas in the process of industrialization,shored up weak links in the rural areas in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,addressed the agricultural shortcomings in the process of synchronous development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.The CPC has developed a unique Chinese plan to overcome challenges in agriculture,rural areas and farmers,advance Chinese modernization by mobilizing the whole Party and whole society.
