摘　　要：[目的/意义]新版《图书馆服务宣言》的发布,对图书馆服务工作进行了科学定位,以图书馆服务工作标准和价值追求向社会和读者进行了宣示和承诺,是中国图书馆事业发展的里程碑,为图书馆服务工作指明了方向。[方法/过程]以《宣言》为指导,全方位审视当前的服务实践,树立科学的发展观、资源观、读者观、服务观;深入调查研究,发现自身优势和问题,明确方向,规范发展。[结果/结论]将《宣言》作为图书馆建设发展目标和基本价值追求:提升服务能力,建立高校图书馆高质量服务新格局;固本培元,筑牢高校图书馆服务高质量水平;创新践行,开辟图书馆高质量服务方向。完善细节,优化服务,建设更贴近读者、更接地气的图书馆服务体系,推进高校图书馆服务高质量发展。[Purpose/Significance]The release of the new edition of the Library Service Declaration has scientifically positioned library service,and declared and committed to the standards and value pursuit of library service to society and readers.It is a milestone in the development of China's library industry and provides clear direction for library service.[Method/Process]Guided by the Declaration,this article comprehensively examined current service practices,established a scientific outlook on development,resources,readers,and services,conducted indepth investigation and research,identified strengths and weakness,clarified direction,and standardized development.[Result/Conclusion]Taking the“Declaration”as the development goal and basic value pursuit of library construction,the university libraries should enhance service capabilities and establish a new pattern of high-quality services,consolidate the foundation and cultivate the quality of services,innovate and implement new practices for high-quality library services.Through improving the details,optimizing the service,it is necessary to build a more reader friendly and down-to-earth library service system,and promote the high-quality development of university library services.
