摘 要:目的调查云南省日本血吸虫病流行区野鼠感染中华血吸虫状况,为进一步开展相关研究奠定基础。方法根据云南省日本血吸虫病流行情况,2022-2023年以7个历史疫情较重的县(市)(丽江市的永胜县、大理州的洱源县、南涧县、鹤庆县、巍山县、大理市、弥渡县)为调查范围,采用夹夜法捕获野鼠,取肝组织压片镜检、肠内粪便作Kato⁃Katz法和毛蚴孵化法病原学检测,其中一种方法检出阳性即判定为感染。结果共投放了8062个鼠夹,成功回收7893个,捕获1025只野鼠,其中1006只样本有效。捕获野鼠中涉及3目5科10属20种,以齐氏姬鼠332只(33.00%)、灰麝鼩191只(18.99%)、大绒鼠98只(9.74%)居多。野鼠密度平均为12.99%(1025/7893),各县间野鼠密度比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=168.204,P<0.05)。在5个县的49只野鼠中检出中华血吸虫,感染率为4.87%;其中永胜县、弥渡县野鼠中华血吸虫感染率最高,分别为14.41%、13.87%,各县间感染率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=62.728,P<0.05);亚成年与成年鼠感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.806,P<0.05);KatoKatz法检出7种其他寄生虫虫卵,包括肝毛细线虫、膜壳绦虫、蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、肝吸虫和日本血吸虫,检出野鼠数分别为34、16、9、8、7、1、5只,感染率分别为3.38%、1.59%、0.89%、0.80%、0.70%、0.10%、0.50%;并存在混合感染(1.19%)。结论日本血吸虫病流行区广泛存在野鼠感染中华血吸虫情况,且野鼠感染的寄生虫种类多。Objective To investigate the status of Schistosoma sinensium infection in field mouse in the endemic area of Schistosoma japonicum in Yunnan province,and lay a foundation for further research.Methods Based on the prevalence of Schistosomiasis in Yunnan province,the investigation focused on 7 historically heavily affected counties(cities)(Yongsheng county in Lijiang city,Eryuan county in Dali prefecture,Nanjian county,Heqing county,Weishan county,Dali city,and Midu county)from 2022-2023.The night method and the liver nodal microscopy,mesenteric venous microscopy,Kato⁃Katz method and cercaria hatching method were used for parallel detection of captured wild rats.A positive test for either method was considered an infection.Results A total of 8062 mousetraps were placed and 7893 mousetraps were successfully recovered.A total of 1025 wild mice were captured;of which,1006 samples were valid,and 3 orders,5 families,10 genera,20 species of field mice were captured;the majority of which were 332 Apodemus chinensis(33.00%),191 Crocus chinensis(18.99%)and 98 velvet mice(9.74%).The average density of field mice was 12.99%(1025/7893),and there were significant differences among counties(χ^(2)=168.204,P<0.05).Schistosoma sinensis was found in 49 wild mice from 5 counties;the infection rate of Schistosoma sinensis was 4.87%.The infection rates in Yongsheng county of Lijiang city and Midu county of Dali prefecture were 14.41%and 13.87%,respectively.There was significant difference in the infection rates among all counties(χ^(2)=62.728,P<0.05).There was significant difference in infection rate between subadults and adults(χ^(2)=7.806,P<0.05).The Kato⁃Katz method detected 7 other parasitic worm eggs,including Capillaria hepatica(34 mice),Hymenolepis(16 mice),Ascaris lumbricoides(9 mice),hookworm(8 mice),Trichuris trichiura(7 mice),Clonorchis hepatica(1 mouse)and Schistosoma japonicum(5 mice),and the infection rates were 3.38%,1.59%,0.89%,0.80%,0.70%,0.10%and 0.50%,respectively;and mixed infection was present(1.19%).Conclus
