摘　　要：目的了解儿童放化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎的发展历史及趋势,明确研究前沿及热点,为儿童肿瘤护理、血液护理专科工作提供参考。方法检索科学核心数据库(WOSCC)及中国知网中儿童放化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎的期刊文献,采用Citespace 6.2.7 Advanced进行文献计量学分析。结果儿童放化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎的研究始于上世纪末,本世纪初进入快速增长期。预防及管理始终是该领域的主题,其中口腔黏膜炎发生的风险因素,除个人特征、疾病类型、口腔卫生、化疗药物等,近年来精准医疗的新观念及技术普及,促使对于口腔微环境及基因层面的关注度增加。验证干预措施的有效性同样是学者关注的重点,国外对于替代和补充疗法的有效性尚持保留态度,更多倾向于口腔健康的检查、漱口水的选择及低能激光疗法、健康教育等手段。结论研究者可从口腔菌群微环境、基因等新视角入手开展调查,专科护士课程中也应增加、调整口腔黏膜炎护理内容,如重视患儿抗癌治疗前口腔疾病的诊疗,治理中口腔卫生的维护,以及全阶段的口腔护理方法的健康教育,以期提供个性化的护理方案。未来可扩大到整个抗癌治疗中对该主题进行总结。Objective This study aims to comprehend the historical development and emerging trends of oral mucositis in children undergoing chemoradiotherapy,to delineate the forefront of research and key areas of focus,and to offer insights for professionals in pediatric oncology nursing and hematology nursing.Methods A systematic search was conducted for scholarly articles on pediatric oral mucositis associated with chemoradiotherapy within the Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases.The search results were subjected to bibliometric analysis using Citespace 6.2.7 Advanced software.Results Investigation into oral mucositis in pediatric chemoradiotherapy patients commenced in the late 20th century and has experienced exponential growth since the dawn of the 21st century.The prevention and management of oral mucositis have consistently been central themes.Beyond individual traits,disease classification,oral hygiene practices,and chemotherapeutic agents,recent advancements in precision medicine have heightened focus on the oral microenvironment and genetic factors.The efficacy of intervention strategies is another area of scholarly concentration,with a cautious approach to alternative and complementary therapies in international circles,favoring methods such as oral health assessments,mouthwash selection,low-energy laser therapy,and health promotion initiatives.Conclusions Researchers are encouraged to engage within the field to synthesize the characteristics of oral mucositis in children undergoing chemoradiotherapy.Exploring new avenues such as the oral flora microenvironment and genetics can inform the curriculum of specialized nursing courses.For instance,prioritizing the diagnosis and treatment of oral conditions in children prior to anticancer therapy,maintaining oral hygiene during treatment,and implementing comprehensive health education on oral care throughout the process can facilitate the development of personalized nursing care plans.Future research should enc
