摘 要:随着生活水平的提高,国人体型不断变化,女性的身高、胸围指数呈正增长趋势,女性胸围、体重增幅较大。随着胸围的增大,服装不平服的问题越突出。针对该问题,通过三维人体测量系统,对西安地区青年女性开展人体测量,并统计分析,了解到该人群的体型与国标相比整体偏胖。通过因子分析,得出影响女性躯干部分的5个主成分,进而获得特征指标,由特征指标衍生变量,并通过聚类分析,把女性体型区分为3类。利用回归分析,得出各控制部位与身高或与胸围之间的关系式。参考新文化原型,进行试验原型绘制。运用Style3D软件构建模特,对新文化式原型及试验原型进行模拟试穿;结果表明试验原型胸部无浮余量,肩部斜皱明显减少,穿着更平服。With the improvement of living standards,the body shape of Chinese people is constantly changing,and the height chest circumference index of women shows a positive growth trend,and the female chest circumference weight increases greatly.With the increase of chest size,the problem of clothing is more prominent.To solve this problem,the body data of young women in Xi'an area were measured with 3D body measurement system.Through statistical analysis,the body type of this population is generally o-verweight.Factor analysis was carried out to obtain 5 principal components affecting the female trunk,so as to extract the feature in-dex,characteristic index derived variable.Using cluster analysis,the female body type was divided into three categories.Drawing ex-perimental prototype with reference to new culture prototype,the style3D software was used to build models,and the new cultural prototypes and experimental prototypes were simulated for fitting.Compared with the experimental results,the experimental proto-type chest has no floating surplus,the shoulder oblique wrinkle is significantly reduced,and the clothing is more flat.
