摘  要:随着信息技术的迅速发展,数字化教学已成为高等职业教育体育领域的一个重要趋势。该文旨在探讨高职体育数字化教学的发展现状,分析所面临的主要制约因素,并提出相应的优化策略。研究采用文献综述与案例分析的方法,先概述了体育数字化教学的优势,如提供丰富的教学资源、增强师生互动、满足学生个性化学习需求等。随后,深入剖析了技术设备、教学内容、教师能力、学生学习习惯及管理与评价体系等方面的制约因素。在此基础上,提出了一系列优化策略:加大技术投入、更新教学内容、提升教师数字化教学能力、引导学生适应新的学习模式,以及建立适应数字化教学需求的管理体系和评价标准。With the rapid development of information technology,digital teaching has become an important trend in the field of higher vocational Physical Education.This paper aims to explore the development status of digital Physical Education teaching in higher vocational colleges,analyze the main constraints it faces,and put forward corresponding optimization strategies.The research adopts the method of literature review and case analysis.Firstly,it summarizes the advantages of digital Physical Education teaching,such as providing rich teaching resources,strengthening teacher-student interaction,meeting students'personalized learning needs.Then,the article deeply analyzes the restrictive factors in terms of technical equipment,teaching content,teachers'ability,students'learning habits,management and evaluation system.On this basis,this paper puts forward a series of optimization strategies:increasing technological investment,updating teaching content,improving teachers'digital teaching ability,guiding students to adapt to the new learning mode,and establishing management system and evaluation standards to adapt to digital teaching.
