摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对全民健身志愿服务的多元协同治理主体的逻辑根源与功能定位进行了系统阐述。研究指出:其一,在全民健身志愿服务的协同治理体系中,政府主要负责制度设计与监督评价工作,其功能定位为核心驱动与行为约束;其二,社会组织承担信息反馈与资源优化配置的任务,其功能定位为需求表达与资源整合;其三,高校致力于人才培养与运行管理,其功能定位为人力保障与服务供给。Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper systematically expounds the logical roots and functional positioning of the multi-dimensional collaborative governance subjects in mass fitness volunteer services.It points out that:first,the government is mainly responsible for system design and supervision and evaluation in the collaborative governance of mass fitness volunteer services,with its functional positioning being core driving and behavior constraint;second,social organizations undertake the task of providing information feedback and optimizing resource allocation,with their functional positioning being demand expression and resource integration;third,universities are committed to talent cultivation and operational management,with their functional positioning being human resource guarantee and service supply.
