摘　　要：新时代背景下,人才强国战略得到深入实施。体育职鉴工作作为体育人才工作的关键组成部分,充分利用国家职业资格证书制度的优势,加速体育技能人才队伍的建设,已成为体育职鉴工作未来一段时间内的重要任务。以吉林省为例,该文结合实际工作情况,探讨了新形势下体育职鉴工作的研究背景与工作现状。通过分析,识别了制约体育职鉴工作提质增效及快速发展的主要因素。在此基础上,从深化认识、服务民生、提升安全保障、狠抓质量建设、加强培训督导、推动创新驱动和促进协同发展等7个维度,提出了相应的优化路径。The strategy of building a talent power in the new era is being deeply implemented.Sports vocational skill appraisal work is an important component of sports talent work.Leveraging the advantages of the National Vocational Qualification Certificate System and accelerating the construction of sports skilled talent teams have become important tasks for sports vocational skill appraisal work in the near future.The paper combines practical work and takes Jilin Province as an example to explore the research background and current situation of sports vocational skill appraisal work under the new situation.Through analysis,the main factors restricting the quality,efficiency,and rapid development of sports vocational skill appraisal work have been identified.On this basis,corresponding optimization paths are proposed from seven aspects:deepening understanding,serving people's livelihood,improving safety,focusing on quality construction,strengthening training supervision,promoting innovation driven and collaborative development.
