摘　　要：中华民族共同体意识是社会归属感和国家认同感的集中体现,是中华优秀文化与民族智慧的结晶,是维系各民族情感的纽带,也是推动国家发展和民族传承的重要动力源泉。民族传统体育作为中华优秀传统文化体系的重要组成部分,能够进一步丰富和深化中华民族共同体意识的底蕴与内涵,是促进中华民族共同体意识实践发展和完善提升的关键途径。该研究运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,从顶层设计、学校推广与普及、高水平赛事等多个维度,探讨了民族传统体育高质量发展的实践路径,明确了在传承过程中对其进行保护、发展与创新实践的未来方向,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定了坚实的战略基础。The sense of community of the Chinese nation is a concentrated manifestation of social belonging and national identity,a crystallization of excellent Chinese culture and national wisdom,a that maintains the emotions of various ethnic groups,and an important driving force for promoting national development and ethnic inheritance.Traditional ethnic sports are an important part of China's excellent traditional cultural system,which can further enrich and deepen the heritage and connotation of the Chinese national community,and is a key way to promote the practical development and improvement of the Chinese national community.This research explores the practical path of high-quality development of traditional ethnic sports from multiple levels such as top-level design,school promotion and popularization,and high-level competitions through methods of literature review,interview,and logical analysis.It clarifies the future direction of protecting,developing,and innovating traditional ethnic sports in the process of inheriting them,laying a strategic foundation for strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
