磷酸镁水泥凝结时间和强度影响因素研究

摘  要:为研究影响磷酸镁水泥(MPC)凝结时间和力学性能的关键因素,通过改变养护时间、镁磷摩尔比(M/P)、硼镁质量比(B/M)、水胶比(W/B)、拌合体积(V MPC)、磷酸盐种类以及复配磷酸盐比例等,设计了52种MPC配合比,研究了以上因素对MPC凝结时间、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。实验发现:MPC的凝结时间随着M/P的增大而减少,随着B/M的增大先增加后趋于稳定。磷酸氨镁水泥的凝结时间随着W/B的增大先增加后趋于稳定。M/P值在10~12时,磷酸氨镁水泥能获得较高的抗压和抗折强度;M/P值在4~6时,磷酸钾镁水泥能获得较高的抗压和抗折强度。将磷酸二氢钾和磷酸二氢铵复配时,MPC能获得比单掺磷酸盐更高的强度。借助SPSS软件分析出影响MPC凝结时间的主要因素贡献率大小为W/B>M/P>B/M>V MPC,影响MPC强度的主要因素贡献率大小为养护时间>M/P>W/B。To investigate the key factors affecting the setting time and mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cement(MPC),52 mix proportions of MPC were designed by changing key parameters such as the curing time,magnesium phosphate molar ratio(M/P),boron magnesium ratio(B/M),water binder ratio(W/B),mixture volume(V MPC),phosphate types and proportions of compound phosphates.The effects of these factors on the setting time,compressive strength and flexural strength of MPC were studied.The experiments revealed that the setting time of MPC decreased with the increase of M/P,and first increased and then stabilized with the increase of B/M.The setting time of magnesium ammonium phosphate cement increased first an d then stabilized with the increase of W/B.When the M/P value was in the ranges of 10~12,magnesium ammonium phosphate cement could achieve higher compressive and flexural strength.When the M/P value was in the ranges of 4~6,magnesium potassium phosphate cement could achieve higher compressive and flexural strength.When potassium dihydrogen phosphate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate were combined,the resulting MPC could achieve higher strength than single doped phosphate.The contribution rate of the main factors affecting MPC setting time was analyzed with SPSS software:W/B>M/P>B/M>V MPC.The contribution rate of the main factors affecting MPC strength was:the curing time>M/P>W/B.
