摘 要:研究旨在对单倍体和二倍体茄子叶片进行转录组测序,探讨二者生长发育和性状表现差异的分子机制。结果表明,二者共有5136个差异表达基因(DEGs),单倍体和二倍体植株中分别有2575和2561个上调表达,数目差异不大。GO和KEGG富集分析表明,次生代谢和代谢物质合成途径富集的DEGs最多,分别为596和352个,且单倍体中表达量高的DEGs显著少于二倍体;18个DEGs富集到光合作用天线蛋白途径,仅1个基因在单倍体中的表达量高于二倍体;富集到光合作用途径的56个DEGs中,52个在单倍体中的表达量低于二倍体。在单倍体中,叶绿素合成基因的表达量均低于二倍体,但降解途径基因尤其是SGR表达量高于二倍体。推测单倍体茄子叶片中光合色素含量变少、光能吸收减弱以及光合速率降低会抑制其生长发育。This study aims to conduct transcriptome sequencing on the leaves of haploid and diploid eggplants,and explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the differences in their growth,development and trait manifestations.The results showed that there were a total of 5136 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between the two.There were 2575 and 2561 up-regulated genes in haploid and diploid plants respectively,with little difference in number.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that the secondary metabolism and metabolite synthesis pathways enriched the most DEGs,with 596 and 352 respectively.And,the DEGs with high expression levels in haploids were significantly less than those in diploids.18 DEGs were enriched in the photosynthesis-antenna protein pathway,and only one gene had higher expression levels in haploids than in diploids.Among the 56 DEGs enriched in the photosynthesis pathway,52 had lower expression levels in haploids than in diploids.The expression levels of chlorophyll synthesis genes in haploids were lower than in diploids,while the expression levels of degradation pathway genes,especially SGR,were higher than those in diploids.It is speculated that the reduced contents of photosynthetic pigments,weakened light energy absorption,and decreased photosynthetic rate in the leaves of haploid eggplants inhibit their growth and development.
