温郁金连作及轮作田菁对土壤细菌和真菌群落的影响

摘  要:为探究温郁金连作和轮作状态下根际土壤微生物的种群差异,揭示温郁金连作障碍机制。采用PacBio Sequel微生物3代测序手段,对连作、与田菁轮作及未种植温郁金的3种土壤进行真菌、细菌种群及多样性分析。结果表明,在温郁金田菁轮作土壤中,绿弯菌门Chloroflexi细菌的丰度增加,大量未归类鉴定的细菌属Norank和未归类的细菌主成分增加,且酸菌属Acidothermus和鞘脂单胞菌属Sphingomonas等细菌数量增加。在温郁金连作土壤中,各种病原真菌的种属数量增加;而在轮作的土壤中,一些具有生防功能的真菌如聚孢霉属clonostachys,木霉属Trichoderma等数量增加。本研究对于利用微生物菌剂克服温郁金连作障碍具有参考价值。To explore the differences in microbial populations in rhizosphere soil under continuous cropping and rotation conditions of Curcuma wenyujin and to reveal the mechanism of successive cropping obstacles in Curcuma wenyujin,PacBio Sequel microbial third-generation sequencing was used to analyze the fungal and bacterial populations and diversity of three types of soil:continuous cropping,rotation with Sesbania cannabina(Retz.)Pers.,and unplanted Curcuma wenyujin.The results revealed that in the soil of Curcuma wenyujin and the field subjected to rotation,the abundance of Chloroflexi bacteria in the phylum Chloroflexi increased,the abundance of many unclassified bacteria belonging to Norank and unclassified bacteria increased,and the abundance of functional microorganisms such as Acidothermus,Conexibacter,and Sphingomonas in the phylum Proteobacteria increased in the rotation soil.In the continuously cropped soil of Curcuma wenyujin,the number of species of various pathogenic fungi increased.However,in soils subjected to rotation with field thistles,the number of fungi with biological control functions,such as Clonostachys and Trichoderma in the genus Trichoderma,increased.The results of this study have reference values for the use of microbial agents to overcome the continuous cropping obstacles associated with Curcuma wenyujin.
