摘　　要：为应对抗日战争对中国社会民事关系造成的剧烈影响,南京国民政府修改完善了民事调解制度。战时民事调解制度从调解范围、调解机构、调解程序以及调解结果等方面对当时《民事诉讼法》原有规定进行了修改。战时民事调解制度强化了民事调解的刚性规定,弥补了原先民事调解制度的不足,有助于提高民事调解效率,但战时民事调解制度改变了原先民事调解的涵义和性质,其中的强制性规定也使得该制度在抗战结束后不久就被废止。In order to cope with the severe impact of the war of resistance against Japan on the civil relations in China,the National Government of Nanjing revised and improved the civil mediation system.The wartime civil mediation system has modified the original provisions of the Civil Procedure Law from the aspects of mediation scope,mediation institutions,mediation procedures and mediation results.The wartime civil mediation system strengthened the rigid provisions of the civil mediation system,made up for the shortcomings of the original civil mediation system,and helped to improve the efficiency of civil mediation.However,the wartime civil mediation system changed the meaning and nature of the original civil mediation,and the mandatory provisions in the wartime civil mediation system also made it abolished shortly after the end of the war of resistance.
