条带煤柱工作面冲击地压与“分级压裂”卸压模式研究

摘  要:针对梁宝寺煤矿3314工作面剩余条带煤柱在回收过程中,两侧已采工作面的侧向支承压力向条带煤柱转移,其应力水平达到或超过发生冲击地压的应力条件,冲击危险性较高等问题,划分工作面冲击地压形式,分析条带煤柱控制机理,并提出水力压裂技术,形成“分级压裂”的卸压模式进行卸压。根据3314工作面现场情况,进行工程应用。现场应用后,3314工作面掘进和回采期间,矿压显现不明显,未出现冲击征兆。In view of the problem that the lateral abatement pressure of both sides of the mined working face was transferred to the strip coal pillar during the recovery process of No.3314 Face in Liangbaosi Mine,the stress level often reached or exceeded the stress condition of rock burst,and the impact risk was high,hydraulic fracturing technology was proposed to form a pressure relief mode of"hierarchical fracturing"for pressure relief.According to the site conditions of No.3314 Face,engineering applications were carried out.After the field application,during the excavation and mining of No.3314 Face,the ore pressure was not obvious,and there was no sign of impact.
