摘 要:针对薛虎沟矿2号煤层2-106运输顺槽500 m处发生强涌水的问题,采用理论分析和现场钻孔窥视的方法,对工作面涌水源进行了分析和确定。针对涌水通道特点,采用先对涌水通道进行氮封,再注浆封孔的水害治理方案,并进行了现场实践。结果表明,在氮封注浆封孔技术的作用下,巷道的涌水量得到了有效控制,说明氮封注浆封孔方案设计合理,可有效治理巷道水害问题,确保了2-106运输顺槽的顺利掘进和施工人员的安全,为矿井地质条件相类似工作面水害防治提供参考。Aiming at the problem of strong water inflowing at 500 m of No.2-106 transport crossheading of No.2 coal seam in Xuehugou Mine,the water source of working face was analyzed and determined by theoretical analysis and on-site drilling peeping.According to the characteristics of water inflowing channel,the water disaster control scheme of nitrogen sealing first and then grouting sealing was adopted,and the field practice was carried out.The results showed that under the action of nitrogen sealing grouting hole sealing technology,the water inflow of roadway was effectively controlled,which indicated that the design of nitrogen sealing grouting hole sealing scheme was reasonable,could effectively control the water damage of roadway,and ensured the smooth excavation of No.2-106 transport crossheading and the safety of construction personnel.The application provided reference for the water disaster prevention and control in working faces with similar mine geological conditions.
