凉水井矿新型刮板输送链的设计与研究

摘  要:为满足凉水井矿新建的4-3、4-4的配采工作面大运量高产高效刮板机输送要求,设计了一种新型的刮板输送链。根据工作面刮板运输机运输能力,计算确定了刮板输送链的宽度,选型中在双链的基础上设计了新型的异型环结构型式的刮板输送链。对新型刮板输送链的具体结构进行了详细设计,在三维建模的基础上,对侧刮板和异型环进行了有限元仿真试验,分析试验数据,得出侧刮板强度足够、异型环强度略低的结论,并在此基础上对异型环的薄弱处进行了优化。该刮板输送链的创新设计有效避免了刮板输送链断链、跳链故障的发生,为刮板机高效运输提供了技术支持。In order to meet the requirements of large capacity,high yield and high efficiency scraper conveyor in the new 4-3,4-4 mining face of Liangshuijing Mine,a new scraper conveyor chain is designed.Through the calculation of the transportation capacity of the scraper conveyor in the working face,the width of the scraper is designed and calculated.On the basis of the middle double chain,a new type of scraper conveyor chain with special ring structure is designed.The specific structure of the new scraper conveyor chain is designed in detail,and on the basis of three-dimensional modeling,the finite element simulation test of the side scraper and the special-shaped ring is carried out,and the test data is analyzed to strengthen the weak points of the special-shaped ring.The innovative design of the scraper conveyor chain effectively avoids the occurrence of chain breaking and chain jumping faults of the scraper conveyor chain,and provides technical support for the efficient transportation of the scraper machine.
