摘　　要：生成式人工智能(GenAI)技术的迅猛发展正深刻地改变语言服务行业的格局,对语言服务的供需关系、产业结构和产业生态都产生了重大影响。GenAI技术提高了语言服务的产能和供给弹性,促进了需求增长和结构升级,拓展了产业价值链条,使得传统译者生态位受到压缩。传统翻译岗位逐渐被替代或转型,同时涌现出数据标注、模型训练等新兴岗位,对语言服务人才的技能提出了更高要求。面对GenAI带来的机遇与挑战,语言服务专业教育亟须与时俱进,培养适应GenAI时代需求的复合型语言服务人才,推动语言服务行业的可持续发展。本研究有助于深入理解GenAI技术对语言服务行业的影响,为GenAI时代的语言服务专业教育改革和人才培养提供参考。The advent of generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)is rapidly reshaping the language service industry,and is having a profound impact on its supply-demand dynamics,the industry structure,and the overall industry ecosystem.GenAI’s enhanced capabilities have led to increased productivity and supply chain fl exibility,driving demand growth and structural shifts in the industry.This expansion of the value chain,while presenting new opportunities,also challenges the traditional translator’s role.As traditional translators encounter potential shifts or transformations in translation tasks,new and specialized roles,such as data annotation and model training,are emerging,requiring language service professionals to develop an evolving skillset.To navigate this evolving landscape,language service education must adapt to cultivate a new generation of professionals capable of thriving in the GenAI era.The study analyzes the multifaceted impact of GenAI on the language service sector and provides insights into and recommendations for educational innovation and talent development strategies to ensure a sustainable future.
