总体国家安全观视域下语言规划研究的进展与前瞻——兼评《语言安全与语言规划研究》

摘　　要：语言安全不仅是总体国家安全观亟待拓展的重要新领域,而且是影响国家安全诸多领域的基本要素之一。在总体国家安全观视域下,语言安全充分体现了语言规划的应用价值。本文分析了语言规划研究的安全维度,呼吁开展全面系统的语言安全规划研究,并重点从理论、方法和应用3个维度讨论语言安全规划研究的新进展,以期为构建国家语言安全规划的学科体系提供一定的理论依据与现实参考。Language security is not only an important emerging field that requires a holistic approach to the expansion of national security,but is also one of the fundamental elements that impacts various aspects of national security.Viewed from the perspective of a holistic approach to national security,language security fully embodies the value of the application of language planning.This paper analyzes the security dimension of language planning studies,advocates for a comprehensive and systematic study of language security planning,and predominantly discusses advancements in language security planning studies across three dimensions:theory,method,and application.The aim of this study is to provide a theoretical foundation and practical references for establishing the disciplinary framework of national language security planning.
