摘 要:目的研究参菊洗剂抗白念珠菌及对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和炎症因子水平的影响。方法从70只小鼠中随机选取60只小鼠,建立白念珠菌性阴道炎模型。将建模成功的小鼠随机分为6组,每组10只:模型对照组,氟康唑对照组(氟康唑2 mg/mL),洁尔阴洗液对照组(生药0.1 g/mL),参菊洗剂低、中、高剂量组(生药0.054、0.108、0.216 g/mL)。剩余10只未建模的健康小鼠为空白对照组,模型对照组和空白对照组小鼠经阴道注入0.9%氯化钠注射液30μL,其余各组小鼠经阴道分别注入相应药物30μL,连续给药7 d,每天1次。测定给药前、给药后第1、3、5、7 d阴道清洗液的菌落形成单位(CFU)。取上层血清,分别用试剂盒检测SOD活性及丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。取小鼠阴道中央和两端部位组织,苏木素-伊红染色法染色观察各组小鼠阴道组织的形态学变化,进行病理指标分级评分。结果CFU计数结果显示,与模型对照组相比,参菊洗剂低、中、高剂量组小鼠阴道清洗液CFU逐渐减少,随着参菊洗剂剂量增加,作用越显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药后第1、3 d,参菊洗剂中、高剂量组分别与洁尔阴洗液对照组、氟康唑对照组相比差异无统计学意义,给药后第5、7 d,参菊洗剂中、高剂量组与洁尔阴洗液对照组相比差异无统计学意义。血清指标检测结果显示,与模型对照组比较,参菊洗剂低、中、高剂量组SOD活性增强,MDA、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参菊洗剂中、高剂量组分别与洁尔阴洗液对照组、氟康唑对照组相比差异无统计学意义。组织病理学检查表明,与模型对照组相比,参菊洗剂低、中、高剂量组能减轻炎性细胞浸润,减少黏膜组织损伤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参菊洗剂可有效改善白念珠菌性阴道炎小鼠氧化应激状态Objective To study the anti-Candida albicans effect of Shenju lotion and its influence on serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and effect of inflammatory factors level.Methods Randomly select 60 mice from 70 to establish a model of Candidal albicans vaginitis.The successfully modeled mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,with 10 mice in each group:model control group,fluconazole control group(fluconazole 2 mg/mL),Jie'eryin lotion control group(crude drug 0.1 g/mL),and low,medium,and high dose groups of Shenju lotion(crude drug 0.054,0.108,0.216 g/mL).The remaining 10 unmodeled healthy mice serve as the blank control group,mice in the model control group and the blank control group were injected with 0.9%sodium chloride injection 30μL through the vagina,and mice in the other groups were injected with the corresponding drug 30μL through the vagina,once a day for 7 days.Measure the colony forming units(CFU)of vaginal wash solution on days 1,3,5 and 7 before and after the adminis-tration.Take the upper serum and use reagent kits to detect SOD activity and levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α).The central and both ends of the vaginal tissue of mice were taken,and the morphological changes of the vagi-nal tissue of mice in each group were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,and the pathological indexes were graded.Results The CFU count results showed that compared with the model control group,the CFU in the vaginal cleaning solution of mice in the low,medium,and high dose groups of Shenju deter-gent gradually decreased.As the dosage of Shenju detergent increased,the effect became more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st and 3rd day after administration,there was no statistically significant difference between the medium and high-dose groups of Shenju deter-gent and the control groups of Jieeryin detergent and fluconazole,respectively.On the 5th and 7th day af-ter administration,there was n
